Septic System Maintenance Contracts

From time to time, your system will need some routine maintenance. Preventative measures can sometimes keep the dreaded "back up" from happening. These systems need to have the aerators working properly to keep the system healthy. As systems age, they sometime develop problems or need repairs. Louisiana State Sanitary Code states that homeowners are to have their aerobic septic system serviced every SIX months by a licensed maintainer, so to help our customers with compliance, we offer Maintenance Contracts to our customers. A maintenance contract is required to be in place when real estate that has a aerobic septic system is sold. Our one year contracts have an initial inspection, then two inspections six months apart. The contract also gives you priority service if you have any problems while under contract.
